We research hotels from primary sources, starting with the hotel's own website and photos. New and updated pages go through a separate fact-check before they go live.
Every hotel earns its place with what it offers: the pool, the setting, what guests say about it. When we work with a hotel, the page says so.
We explain how pages are researched, where AI helps us and how we earn money. When we get something wrong, we correct it and note the change.

Every guide is researched, written and checked by the same small team.
Our pages are signed by Traveling Eye rather than by individual writers. Where we have stayed somewhere ourselves, we will say so and show our own photos.
